Some Wedding Invitation Wording Samples To Consider

Writing the wedding invitation wording is one of the most important part of the process when planning your wedding invitations.  Now you are seeking what you can do to write the wordings for your wedding after making sure you really have a great looking wedding invitation card design.  You are probably one of the many people who do not know how to write wedding invitation wordings.  What you need for this are wedding invitation wording samples.

Wedding invitation etiquette should be followed for formal wedding invitations.  Every invite, whether formal, casual, traditional or nontraditional should include the following:

*The Groom’s and Bride full names (including middle names for the formal invites)
*The wedding day and its date
*The year should be written out on the next line following the date
*Time of the wedding
*Location of the wedding (formal wedding invitations include the name of the church or building, while casual wedding invitations might also include the street address)
*State and City

The above are all the essentials things that you should look at including in your wedding invitation wording.  Now to give you an idea on how they should appear on your wedding invitation, here are some wedding invitation wording samples:

*With joyous hearts we invite you to attend  the wedding of  Jane Doe and  John Doe  Saturday, the twenty-sixth of November  Two thousand and ten  at six thirty in the evening  Venetian Terrace  Windy Road Ranch  Lubbock, Texas
*You are invited to a celebration  of the beginning of our new life together  as Jane Doe and  John Doe are united as husband and wife  Friday, the 29th of March  two thousand and eleven  at two o’clock in the afternoon  Our Lady of Guadalupe Cathedral  Santa Fe, New Mexico

Again, these are just wedding invitation wording samples.  You can get creative and write your own unique wording for your wedding invitation.  The wording on the wedding invitation does not have to necessarily follow all the proper wedding invitation etiquette rules and can be more casual, if the wedding is more casual. You might want to keep your wording fairly basic, which is one thing to keep in mind.
